Poverty, unemployment at 70%, AIDS, poor housing and health... the townships have it all. But there is a positive spirit and determination to bring about change.
"Hope Africa" (the social development arm of Cape Town diocese) is trying to help.

- as well as confirmation classes and confessions.

...but community groups can earn a living there.
